It took us a while to find the living and home perfection for us. No wonder. Because every stone, every wood, even the concrete is thought out. There are no coincidences here. Only mature thinking and creative partners. In the details you will find the tradition, in the concept the vision. The farm is our passion and our passion is also vocation. The Koasa vacation home is a pentagon for all guests who like to organize their own vacation. Something different, people here say; special, is what they mean. Do you think you would like to spend your vacation with us?
As your innkeepers we live and work here, you can use our guest wing. At the same time you will be guests in our garden and if you like, on one or the other hike. You can have your peace. You can discover the Ahrntal in South Tyrol. You can contact us. Just as you like.
Our rooms are equipped for two to six people. Each room has access to the common kitchen and the common living room.
Our location relies on the South Tyrolean sun. Even at the winter solstice on the shortest day of the year on December 21, we count on over three hours of sunshine at the Koasa Hof on the sunny side of the Ahrntal.
You are simply looking for a special place to stay for your vacation in the mountains, looking for peace, relaxation and recreation in South Tyrol? Individual rooms in the guesthouse Koasa we rent with bed and breakfast and the special experience for young and old. We suggest you to try the local gastronomy and of course we will help you with the choice of restaurants and alpine pastures.
In the evenings, you and the other guests can use the communal kitchen. This is the place to get to know each other and provide for each other. Swap stories about tours and experiences. In a few years’ time, we will be delighted with the friendships and hiking partnerships that have developed around the Koasa kitchen table.
Of course, smaller groups of friends, families, retreats and seminar participants can also feel at home in our farm. Your rooms are private, you share the parlor as a common room. For the few rainy days and the many afternoons after hikes and explorations, we have built you a small spa area. The doors for sauna sessions are open.
A work of art towers a little apart above the residence. The warehouse for our firewood is more than a hut. Here is space for relaxing and bonfires, playing sand and mini-bouldering.
A few animals are our roommates, they may of course be visited by the children. Cinzia will surely take you to feed the chickens.
A plantation, a star, an installation – and above all rich harvest. Our fields lie on both sides of the road through the Ahrntal.
