Important:
Up to 45 days before the day of arrival at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total agreed price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total agreed price
Please inform us in time if you can not take your vacation.
If there are serious reasons for the cancellation, we are happy to make a special arrangement.

If your arrival is not possible due to COVID government security regulations, all cancellation fees will be waived. We will credit the deposit for a future stay.
