Adjacent to the common areas are the communal kitchen and a washing machine. We are happy to offer facilities for drying and ironing laundry.
Jonas is probably rarely the only child in the Koasa yard. Therefore, for all families and young guests we have high chairs, baby cribs, children’s cutlery and gladly make possible what is needed for the most important members of the family. Why not inform us shortly before your arrival and we will prepare. We share toys and board games for all ages, crafts and coloring. There is also a small children’s paradise for nature lovers on the farm premises.
Hotel towels are prepared in sufficient quantity in each room. If you would like a refill, please contact Cinzia or Markus.
The parlor on the first floor is available to all guests at any time. This is the meeting place for game nights, an evening watching TV together or the place to end the day with a good book from the library.
Our multilingual library is regularly updated with information of the tourist region. Here our guests can find maps and offers for activities, as well as books for all ages and interests. Exchange offers gladly welcome!
In the common room there is a refrigerator that can be used by all. Culinary vacation souvenirs are just as well kept here as the Ahrntaler Graukäse for the snack after the hike.
Home office from vacation? No problem with us: WLAN is available in the entire guest area. The laptop is safe after work in the laptop safe of each room.
Those who book bed and breakfast at Koasa Courtyard are luxuriously provided for in five-flower standard. From 7:30 am to 9:30 am, Cinzia prepares breakfast in the common room. In addition to a wide range of regional products, we also serve homemade farm products. Cakes, eggs, yogurt, fruit spread, syrup, apple rings, teas and honey come directly from the Koasa farm. In addition, our guests get different types of bread, cheese, sausage, butter, cereals, fruit, vegetables and of course coffee, milk and cocoa. On request we prepare breakfast according to special requirements.
As long as our garden and harvest yield fresh produce, we share fruit, berries, herbs, eggs and syrup with our guests.
As a memory and souvenir, we are also happy to sell our homemade products.
As usual in South Tyrol, waste separation is observed here. On the first floor there are containers for sorting organic, glass, metal, paper and plastic.
